We offer three charming lofts right in the heart of Livingston, TN - perfect for a weekend getaway, family trip, or a peaceful place to rest after a day of adventure. Two of our lofts are in the historic Old Moses Miller building and the third is just around the corner in the beautifully restored Old Bank building. All are located right on the town square and just 15 minutes from some of the best sights in the Upper Cumberland - from the waters of Dale Hollow Lake to the waterfalls and trails of Standing Stone Park.

The Conroe
The Conroe is a cozy, intimate one-bedroom loft-perfect for couples or small families. It features a comfy pull-out couch in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator and Keurig coffee make, and beautifully finished bathroom. Whether you're staying in for a quiet night or heading out to explore Livingston, The Conroe offers the comfort of home with a touch of charm. The Conroe is located in the same building as The Wilmington.
The Phipps
The Phipps is a charming studio loft with one cozy bedroom, a sweet little bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen-everything you need for a comfortable stay. With large windows that overlook Central Park, you'll enjoy natural light and a lovely view right in the heart of Livingston. It's the perfect spot for a quiet retreat or a weekend escape.
The Wilmington
The Wilmington is a spacious yet cozy one bedroom loft featuring a king-size bed and a comfortable sitting area-perfect for watching TV, playing games, or just relaxing. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for cooking in and the bathroom has its own unique charm. With four large windows in the bedroom and sitting area, this loft offers beautiful natural light and a lovely view-making it a true retreat in the heart of town. The Wilmington is located in the same building as the Conroe.
